To place an order, call us at 1-800-959-4111, or place your order here online by clicking on a decadent selection in our navigator.

There is a $20 minimum on all orders plus the cost of shipping. Visit our decadent chocolate page for some single treats that make a delicious addition. For example, try an individual Campfire S'more or a bag of Chocolate Caramel Minis to complete your Caramel Apple order.

States that we ship to:
We ground ship to the following states: CT, DE, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV.

• All other states will require UPS Second Day Air and will only ship with weather permitting.
• Not all air shipments are accepted. Customer Service will contact you regarding any concerns.
• If you would like to ship to states not listed here, please call for your shipping rate and possible availability.
  
  

Shipping Policy:
Because Lisa Anne's strives to provide the freshest products, please allow 5-7 business days for all orders to be received, dipped, wrapped and shipped.

• Orders received during Holiday time may need additional time for processing. Rush orders are available with a $5.00 charge.
• Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will ship on Thursdays depending on the destination.
• All shipping rates posted are approximate due to weather changes.
  
  

Refund Policy:
Because our products are perishable, any problems or concerns regarding your product must be received within 48 hours of the day that the package was received. Please call customer service at 800.959.4111.
